2025年6月26日，曼恩斯特在总部举办了钙钛矿“产学共进光启未来”1200mm×600mm中试平台的启动仪式，这标志着公司在钙钛矿产业化进程中迈入了全新的发展阶段。
曼恩斯特董事长、泛半导体产品线总经理，与来自广东省内外各高校及科研院所、产业链上下游的重要嘉宾齐聚一堂，共同见证了这一重要时刻。活动以传统舞狮点睛纳福开场，现场氛围热烈。
中试平台是加快推动科技成果向新质生产力转化，支撑产业发展建设的关键环节。曼恩斯特钙钛矿1200mm*600mm中试平台以“产研一体，自主可控”为核心，深度融合校企创新资源，配备了覆盖磁控溅射镀膜、狭缝精密涂布、VCD真空干燥、退火炉结晶、真空蒸镀、激光划刻，原子沉积、封装检测等全工艺流程的自主化设备体系，致力于打造钙钛矿产业化的核心引擎。
该中试平台的正式启动，是曼恩斯特面向产业未来、攻克大面积制备核心难题的战略性举措。未来，曼恩斯特将以此次启动为全新起点，持续深化校企协作，通过开放式中试环境加速实验室成果转化，与产业链伙伴共同打磨更加优质、高效、环保的量产解决方案，探索更为广阔的光伏前景。

Chairman of Manst, General Manager of Pan-Semiconductor Product Line, and important guests from universities and research institutes in and outside Guangdong Province, as well as upstream and downstream industrial chain gathered together to witness this important moment. The event started with a traditional lion dance to dot the eyes for blessings, and the atmosphere was warm.
Pilot platform is a key link to accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into new quality productivity and support the construction of industrial development. With the core of “integration of production and research, independent and controllable”, Manst Calcium Titanium Ore 1200mm*600mm Pilot Platform deeply integrates the innovation resources of the university and enterprises, and is equipped with a full system of independent equipment covering magnetron sputtering coating, slit precision coating, VCD vacuum drying, annealing furnace crystallization, vacuum evaporation plating, laser scribing, atomic deposition, encapsulation and testing, and other process procedures. The company is committed to building the core engine for the industrialization of chalcogenide with its independent equipment system covering the whole process.
The official launch of the pilot platform is a strategic move for Manst to face the future of the industry and to overcome the core problems of large-area preparation.
